Masses, hungry masses in the wasteland below
Brought by the famine tide
Herding in from each corner of this wasted horizon
That chokes on the dust of their wake
They bring with them only scars and starvation
Brought about by the crimes for they now wish to atone
Exactly what has been foretold
Has arrived despite their ignorance
Gathered before them
In desperation
Redemption withheld
Built on the backs of lies embedded in time
Soon to be unveiled
Common and disgusting vermin
They disgrace us with their presence
We know we’re not the same
But long since we’ve been warned
These signs of rolling plague
Unknowingly harbored by peasants now they have arrived
We once gave them purpose, rose them up from the dirt
We had made them as a legion, loyal and unyielding
A holy oath soiled, spoiled, shatted and pissed upon
Their loyalty squandered, forgotten and forsaken
The ties that they have severed
Held this world together
This burden of guilt and corrosion has exhausted our will to go on
Wedged itself deep between us and the lies that beset us
(we know we’re not the same)
(we know we’re not the same)
A meticulously and maliciously woven veil
Our destiny shrinks in around us
Divided and stricken with rot and weak will
We ourselves have chosen
This dead ended path of shame
This path to exile
Scattered and bound to our fate
Pray that the will of the world is to end us now
Before we ask what is deserved
Willfully relinquishing our children’s future
Poisoning the soil of their hope
In believing this truth we’ve shaped from the lies

I am more a melodeath guy than deathcore, but I enjoy all the symphonic elements or rythym changes. This album is a BLAST omg my neck hurt, so much headbang🤘🤘 olive855

Take everything that's brutal and mix it together on a deathcore basis. Put the seasoning Signs Of the Swarm call their own into consideration and what you get is basically Absolvere. A perfectly diverse brutal beast with the occassional addition of clean vocals that are not bad. Could have done without them though. mourner
